Before The Show (Thur / Fri)

Thursday and Friday kids will come to camp during the normal hours (8;30-12;30) leave, then return at 4:30 for dress rehearsals. They should be in underclothes if their costume is with me, or come in their costume if it is at home. They should also come in makeup and hair, but if it is a hassle don't worry too much about it! And remember to put them in the correct shoes :)

PLEASE encourage rest in between camp and dress rehearsals, especially on Friday. 4 hours is not that long to rest and re-set.

Dinner is provided at both dress rehearsals --> If they come in costume, please pack something to put over their costume so it doesn't get stained.

Family and friends are welcome to come to both dress rehearsals to watch and get a sneak peek.

Show Days (Sat / Sun)

Call time is at 5pm for all campers on Saturday and Sunday. By 5pm they need to be in hair and makeup and have FULL tummies.

Please remember to pack a water bottle with them to keep backstage for show days and dress rehearsals.

We will have a porta-potty there Friday-Sunday for audience members and campers to use.

Tickets are free, but all proceeds from the concession stand goes to an organization, called the Hurley House. The concession is fully stocked with snacks, soda, wine, beer, etc.

The performance begins at 6:30, which means arriving at 6 is a great time to put chairs down and get concession items before the show begins.

The lot does get pretty packed very fast, as it is a small space. if you come early to put down chairs put them close to each other! We want to make sure everyone has a seat and enjoyable experience (That’s why families are invited Thursday/Friday, private performances).

On show days all campers need to rehearse during the day to ensure they are confident in their role.

After the show on Sunday it is chaos. We NEED parent volunteers to help us take down the lot and move out of it. There is tons to clean up so the more help the better. We want to try to leave the space exactly how we found it.

Cast List

Here’s the cast list. If there is an asterisk next to a name it indicates someone with multiple roles.

Script & Songs

Please review the script and have your camper start memorizing their parts before camp starts. The script needs to be printed and placed in a binder or 3-hole folder, accompanied with loose-leaf paper or a notebook and brought to each day of camp.

Camp Schedule

This is a detailed camp schedule. This will tell you our spirit days and what scenes we’re rehearsing each day. This can help guide your children on what they should be rehearsing the night before. This schedule will be constantly changing so I find it best to check it the night before camp :)

Camp Calendar

Find key dates, drop-off and pick-up times, and a brief description of what we’ll be doing each day during camp on our Camp Calendar.
